• 1 cebola grande cortada em tiras
• 1 tomate sem sementes cortado em cubos
• 2 colheres (sopa) de farinha
• sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto
• cebolinha a gosto
• 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga

1. Tempere a carne com o sal e a pimenta
2. Adicione a farinha e reserve
3. Refogue a cebola na manteiga até ficar transparente
4. Adicione a carne e frite até ficar dourada
